Choose the right kind of help.

The Student guide teaches beginner LaTeX syntax and how expressions are built. Quick Convert and Editor each include a ? help panel that explains the controls on that page.

Check the file, browser, and connection.

• Refresh the page if a preview or control stops responding.
• Use a PNG, JPEG, or WEBP image smaller than 10 MB.
• Crop to one clear equation and avoid shadows, blur, or sideways photos.
• Editor notes save only in the current browser; export important work before clearing site data.
• If conversion is unavailable, wait a moment and retry once.

Report the action and where it happened.

The Google Docs and Slides add-on is built but not publicly installable yet. Testers should report the Workspace host, action attempted, visible error, and whether the issue repeats in a blank file.

After an update, refresh the file, reopen Extensions > ithrion AI > Open ithrion AI, and rescan after document changes. Never send credentials, confidential files, or sensitive images.

Remove local work or revoke access.

Website Editor notes can be removed by clearing this site's browser storage. Add-on history can be disabled or cleared in settings; uninstalling the add-on and revoking its Google Account access stops future access. Read the Privacy Policy for full details.
